CGBP to Hold Seminar on Academic Ranking and HR Incentive Planning

The Center for Global Best Practices is organizing a seminar on "Academic Ranking and HR Incentive Planning" which is intended for educators, lawyers, school owners and administrators, HR managers, and directors. This event will be held at the EDSA-Shangri-La Hotel in Mandaluyong City on February 3 & 4, 2011.

This 2–day special seminar aims to provide school owners and administrators as well as their HR managers with the knowledge and right practices on how to rank their faculty in keeping with the mandate of the CHED and as basis for a viable compensation system.

Professionalize your institution by establishing a ranking system. It resolves your pay scale issues and addresses the root causes of labor dispute, poor performance, job dissatisfaction, fast employee turnover and drop in productivity. It’s a must for schools that want to improve.

Participants will learn the best practices and pitfalls to avoid in crafting a ranking system for your schools. Examples and cases will be included for emphasis.

Interested parties can register today to avail of our early bird and group discounts.
