Cebu Training on BIR CAS Compliance

There are over 3,780 large taxpayers and many are not compliant to the Bureau of Internal Revenue Regulation 9-2009 requiring large taxpayers to have a Computerized Accounting System (CAS). This becomes relevant also to the top 500 medium-sized provincial taxpayers in every revenue district which has the equivalent classification of a large taxpayer.
