Presently, he is a partner at the Millar Villasis Pangilinan Law Offices. Another lecturer is Atty. Roland Ysrael R. Atienza who is the section chief of the administrative proceedings of the legal division at the National Bureau of Investigation which includes prosecution of abusive NBI personnel and officers. He is a law professor, MCLE lecturer and a crusader against bullying and violence against women, children and families. In this seminar, he will share his knowledge of special laws and practical insights on this topic.
