Citizen’s Guide to Handling Search Warrants, Arrests and Seizures

This program will feature Atty. Christian G. Villasis who is the Chairman on the Committee of Experts in Remedial Law of University of the Philippines Law Center since 2012. He is a recipient of the Justice Arsenio Dizon Memorial Award in Remedial Law. He is a remedial law professor in three law schools and is a prolific bar review lecturer, sharing his extensive experience and expertise in the practice of law by conducting bar review lectures in 15 review centers. Presently, he is a partner at the Millar Villasis Pangilinan Law Offices. Another lecturer is Atty. Roland Ysrael R. Atienza who is the section chief of the administrative proceedings of the legal division at the National Bureau of Investigation which includes prosecution of abusive NBI personnel and officers. He is a law professor, MCLE lecturer and a crusader against bullying and violence against women, children and families. In this seminar, he will share his knowledge of special laws and practical insights on this topic.
