Expert lecturers and practitioners in this program include Marie Segura who is the course director and lead facilitator on cultural diversity programs of the Center for Global Best Practices and who has done extensive cultural awareness programs in various multinational organizations in the Asia-Pacific region including Deutsche Bank and ADB. She is a certified Culture Coach specialist of ITAP International and is also the official Ken Blanchard leadership programs global facilitator. This will also feature Ramon M. De Leon, formerly managing director of Ayala Corporation, under the Office of the Lead Director for Infrastructure who will provide many practical examples and success stories of his experiences dealing with locals and expats during his stint with various Ayala-owned subsidiaries such as Globe Telecoms, MWSS, IMI, and BPI Family Bank.
