This one-day training is to provide comprehensive information on how to avoid #COA #disallowances and best practices solutions to those who are experiencing such problems commonly encountered by Local Government Units, National Government Agencies, Government-owned and Controlled Corporations and other government entities. If you are in the private sector who is dealing or wants to deal with the #government, you would want to know what you must avoid for trouble-free transactions! 

This will feature the common findings of COA, recent #Supreme #Court#Rulings, as well as remedies and defenses on cases that may be deemed as disbursements which are illegal, irregular, extravagant, unnecessary and unconscionable.

This is accredited by the Local Government Training & Research Institutes-Philippine Network (LOGOTRI-PhilNet) based on the guidelines mandated by the Department of Interior and Local Government - Local Government Academy.
