Many boards tend to meet one or twice a year only for ensuring paper compliance to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s mandated requirements. Time has come to transform and activate your “paper board” into a highly functional and effective board that can bring value to your organization!

The Center for Global Best Practices is launching an SEC-accredited program entitled, Best Practices on How to Build a Working Board to be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Resorts World Complex, Pasay City, Philippines.

This program is highly recommended for founders, businessowners, board directors who would like to have a dynamic and highly effective board.

Many start-up founders and families in business are often at a loss as to how their corporate boards can truly add value to their businesses.
