Best Practices Guide on How to Prepare Your Bidding Documents

Early this year, the government released a new set of bidding documents to align with the new Procurement Law Implementing Rules and Regulations that took effect on October 28, 2016.

To help those in the private sector who wants to participate in the bidding transactions with the government as well as assist public officials in understanding these changes, the Center for Global Best Practices is holding a two-day seminar entitled, “Best Practices Guide on How to Prepare Your Bidding Documents” to be held on Thursday and Friday, November 16 & 17, 2017 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City, Philippines. This program is highly recommended for heads of procuring entities, bids and awards committees (BACs) of National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, GOCCs, BAC secretariat members, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and everyone who wants to participate in bidding for government projects.
