CGBP bringing 3 programs on Best Practices to Visayas

With the clamor of many business owners and decision-makers based in the Visayas to have more world-class training available to them, the Center for Global Best Practices will bring three of their best-selling programs to Seda Ayala Center Cebu, Cebu City, Philippines this June 2019.
The 2019 Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines (Wednesday, June 19) will comprehensively discuss and interpret the new changes in the law and how it will impact on all corporations. This program will also cover updates in all the essential Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations issued from 2017 up to the present.
The second program will be Best Practices in Implementing Effective Business Controls (Thursday, June 20). Learn the best practices on how to design and implement controls that will safeguard your assets, enhance integrity of financial reports, and protect you from business operational risks.
Discussions will include best practices framework on financial processes and controls, operational policies, and business examples. Grow and professionalize your company by strengthening your business controls! This program is CPD-Accredited. Accountants attending this program will earn points.

Lastly, Masterclass on Writing Minutes of Meetings (Friday, June 21) will be on the third day. With the current climate of greater accountability of board directors and management in decisions made during meetings, every organization needs trained experts with the right skills to take minutes effectively.
