Masterclass on Writing Minutes of Meetings in Cebu!

With the passage of the Revised Corporation Code, there are strict guidelines on how the minutes of meetings should be recorded that must be aligned with SEC regulations. BIR Computerized Accounting System Compliance for Medium and Large Taxpayers
