Masterclass on Writing Minutes of Meetings in Cebu!

A meeting loses its value and wastes time if it is not documented in the correct manner.

With the passage of the Revised Corporation Code, there are strict guidelines on how the minutes of meetings should be recorded that must be aligned with SEC regulations. With the clamor of many business owners and decision-makers based in the Visayas region to have more world-class training available to them, the Center for Global Best Practices will host a special program entitled, “Masterclass on Writing Minutesof Meetings” to be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the Seda Ayala Center, Cebu City, Philippines.

She headed its Banking, Finance and Securities Department. Her specializations include banking, finance and securities, foreign investments, and corporations.
