Practical Taxation and Business Compliance Made Easy!

A robust business and tax compliance system is essential to ensure reduced exposure to BIR Audit. Non-compliance and limited knowledge of the tax regulations impose a lot of risks and issues. 

To help business owners, board directors and your management address their tax compliance issues, the Center for Global Best Practices will host a highly specialized training entitled, Practical Taxation and Tax Compliance for Businesses on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Know the rules of the game! This training will equip YOU as a business owner, board director or member of management with a simplified real-world approach to business tax compliance so you may competently manage your tax issues and avoid tax troubles. Attendees will learn the basic concepts to computations covering full-cycle business taxation – registration, all going-concern on national and local taxes, from tax filing to payment and even up to business closures.

This program is also designed to advance theoretical knowledge of accountants, lawyers, and consultants for them to apply it to actual implementable and actionable advice and recommendations that can be provided to clients and employers.

This program will feature Atty. Adrian S. Bustos who is a lawyer specializing in tax and corporate law. He is also a Senior Tax and Legal Advisor of an investment and transaction advisory firm handling infrastructure projects. He likewise serves as director, tax consultant and legal counsel of various companies.

His previous positions include being a Chief Finance Officer of an IT company delivering business solutions globally; Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary of more than 30 companies, 5 of which are public and/or listed companies. He obtained both his law and business degree (Major in Finance) from the University of the Philippines.

c) 5% Group Discount (for those registering 3 or more)

This program is CPD-accredited. Accountants attend this training will earn points. CGBP is also accredited by the Civil Service Commission. Public officials and government employees attending this training can earn points for career advancement and are exempted from the Php 2,000-limit set by COA based on the Department of Budget and Management circular 563 issued on April 22, 2016.
