Crafting HR Policies and Contracts

Many businesses and employers get into trouble enforcing their employment contracts when it is defective and is not aligned with the updated labor laws.  Others have labor problems simply because they don’t have any employee-employer agreements in writing.

BIR Computerized Accounting System Compliance for Medium and Large Taxpayers

There are over 3,780++ large taxpayers and many are not compliant to the Bureau of Internal Revenue Regulation 9-2009 requiring large taxpayers to have a Computerized Accounting System (CAS).
