Masterclass on Writing Minutes of Meetings

A meeting loses its value and wastes time if it is not documented in the correct manner. With the current climate of greater accountability of board directors and management in decisions made during meetings, every organization needs trained experts with the right skills to take minutes effectively.

Due to insistent public demand, the Center for Global Best Practices will have a third-run of the program entitled, “Masterclass on Writing Minutes of Meetings” to be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City, Philippines.

This program is designed to make your meetings efficient and its outcomes effective through a step-by-step guide from preparing the documentation and its physical requirements of a meeting, to agenda-setting, to using standard terminology in taking down notes and many more! The learning methodology for this session includes an interactive approach on instructions, discussions and exercises.  It is the only program that will teach you the best practices in minutes taking and provide you vital information on the legal guidelines and regulations on meetings mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

It will feature Atty. Mia G. Gentugaya, who was senior partner and is presently of counsel of the largest law firm in the Philippines – SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan law offices.
